Role Description :
The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing engaging in store experiences that reflect the brand's identity and inspire customers. You'll ensure that every DailyObjects store and display tells a cohesive visual story that's contemporary, inviting, and unmistakably us.
You will be responsible for :
1) Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sell-through across all offline retail formats (EBOs, shop-in-shops, and pop-ups).
2) Plan and execute store layouts, window displays, product zoning, and seasonal themes in alignment with marketing campaigns and product launches.
3) Create planograms, VM guidelines, and display standards to ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.
4) Collaborate with Retail Operations, Brand, and Marketing teams to synchronize visual presentations with promotional activities.
5) Supervise store set-ups, fixture placements, and display installations to maintain the brand's aesthetic and functional integrity.
6) Conduct regular store audits and training for store teams to uphold VM standards.
7) Liaise with vendors, fabricators, and printers for display production and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
8) Track VM budgets, timelines, and inventory of props and fixtures.
9) Analyze store performance and customer response to refine visual strategies and improve store experience.
Requirements :
1) Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Retail Management, or a related field.
2) 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising for lifestyle, fashion, or design-led retail brands.
3) Strong understanding of store layout planning, product presentation, and material detailing.
4) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
5) Excellent sense of aesthetics, color, lighting, and spatial arrangement.
6) Strong project management and execution skills with an eye for detail.
7) Willingness to travel across store locations for setup and audits.
