We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at Kiaasa Retail Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our stores, ensuring that our products are presented in engaging and visually attractive ways to maximize sales and elevate the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and maintain visual merchandising strategies across Kiaasa outlets
• Create captivating product displays and window presentations that uphold the brand image
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Marketing to execute promotional campaigns in-store
• Analyze store layout and traffic flow to optimize product placement
• Ensure all displays are well-stocked, neat, and aligned with brand standards
• Monitor visual merchandising trends and competitors for fresh inspiration
• Train store staff on best practices for visual display and product arrangement
• Travel to store locations as required for new setups and periodic reviews
