The Job

Roles And Responsibilities :

  • Initiate outbound calls to connect with leads generated through marketing efforts.
  • Follow up daily calls to maintain relationships with candidates looking for various courses and universities.
  • Should be able to understand their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
  • Track and maintain the outcome of each enquiry.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with counsellors for prospect leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Explain various courses and their benefits to candidates through phone calls or in person.
  • Meet and exceed targets for lead qualification and appointment scheduling.
