Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
10-15 years of experience in international marketing, preferably within the CIS region.Strong understanding of the CIS market dynamics, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven decision making.Ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong project management skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.Fluency in English; proficiency in Russian or other CIS languages is a significant advantage.Skills Required
