Responsibilities :
- Service Management : Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet business needs and performance targets.
- Project Coordination : Manage projects involving Pega applications, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Business Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements,
- Pega Implementation : Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Pega solutions to optimize business processes.
- Team Leadership : Guide and mentor, a team of developers, analysts, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure all solutions comply with banking regulations and mitigate potential risks.
- Performance Monitoring : Track and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stakeholder Communication : Maintain strong relationships with business units, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. Qualifications :
- Experience : Extensive experience in service delivery management, business analysis, and Pega implementation within the banking sector.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Pega, business process management, and banking systems will be most suitable for this role
- Education : A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications : Relevant certifications such as Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA), Agile Coach, or PMP are advantageous.
- Soft Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
