Position Overview : The
Director of Performance Marketing
will spearhead ISB EEDL's digital growth strategy, driving measurable results across paid channels, lead generation, and conversion funnels. This role focuses exclusively on
performance-driven marketing initiatives , optimizing paid media investments to support the enrollment and revenue targets for executive education and digital learning programs. This role involves
leading internal performance marketing teams ; not via agencies.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy & Leadership :
Define and execute the
performance marketing strategy
for ISB's Executive Education & Digital Learning portfolio. Collaborate closely with the Executive Director – EEDL, admissions, program teams, and external partners to align marketing efforts with business goals. Build and mentor a high-performing team of digital marketers and analysts, along with managing agency partners.
Paid Media & Campaign Management :
Own the end-to-end management of
paid digital campaigns
across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), programmatic networks, retargeting, and email marketing. Focus on
lead generation ,
cost per acquisition (CPA) , and
conversion rate optimization (CRO)
for executive and digital learning programs.
Analytics & Reporting :
Develop robust measurement frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs (excluding SEO) to track performance and optimize ROI. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and CRM reports to monitor funnel metrics, channel performance, and customer insights.
Marketing Automation & CRM Integration :
Leverage
marketing automation platforms
(e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) for lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalized campaigns. Ensure seamless
integration between marketing campaigns and CRM
systems to enhance lead quality, engagement, and conversions.
Innovation & Optimization :
Continuously
test, analyze, and optimize
creative assets, audience targeting, landing pages, and bidding strategies. Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure ISB remains at the forefront of digital outreach.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) :
Lead generation volume and quality (for executive and digital learning programs)
Cost per lead (CPL) / Cost per acquisition (CPA)
Conversion rates across funnel stages
Return on ad spend (ROAS)
Engagement metrics for paid media and email campaigns
Note : SEO is
excluded
from the scope of this role.
Qualifications & Experience :
Minimum 15 years of experience in
performance marketing , with a strong focus on
paid media, lead generation, and conversion funnels .
Proven success in managing large-scale paid digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, and email channels.
agency-only experience will not be considered.
Owned full-funnel revenue growth.
P&L responsibility for performance channels.
Led internal media buying / paid acquisition teams.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like
Google Analytics, Data Studio, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) , and
marketing automation platforms .
Expertise in
CRO strategies ,
A / B testing , and
funnel optimization .
Prior experience in
education, edtech, or high-value B2C / B2B services
is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
