Assists the Manager in compensation planning compensation budget setting and promotion cycle Facilitate the process of development and Implementation of Variable / Incentive pay plans Partnering with the HR Business Partner / Location HR to assist them with all rewards related queries Manage the resolution of compensation escalated inquiries

Qualifications :

Post-Graduation in HR or Graduation in any stream with 3-4 years of relevant experience
