Talent Acquisition Team Lead

Responsibilities :

• Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
• Source and attract candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with organizational requirements
• Manage offer rollouts and coordinate smooth onboarding processes
• Maintain and update candidate records using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for diverse roles
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Handle team coordination and support in achieving recruitment targets
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
