Responsibilities :
- Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with organizational requirements
- Manage offer rollouts and coordinate smooth onboarding processes
- Maintain and update candidate records using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for diverse roles
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Handle team coordination and support in achieving recruitment targets
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
