Kissht - Talent Acquisition Manager - LAP Vertical

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for our Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the LAP business domain and a proven track record of hiring mid to senior-level talent within the NBFC or banking industry.

What You'll Do :

• Design and execute recruitment strategy for the LAP (Loan Against Property) vertical.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for LAP roles sales, credit, operations, collections, etc.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top LAP talent.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and track key metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, source mix).
• Ensure excellent candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Implement process improvements to optimize hiring efficiency.
• Stay updated with market trends in talent and compensation within the LAP / NBFC Were Looking For :
• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred).
• 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Minimum 2-3 years of focused hiring experience in LAP domain (NBFC / Banks / Fintechs).
• Strong understanding of LAP-specific roles : Sales (Direct), Branch Managers, State Head etc.
• Proven ability to hire for mid to senior-level positions.
• Excellent sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and Excel-based hiring reports.
