About the Role :
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's products or services. The role requires a proactive professional with excellent communication skills, strong market awareness, and a passion for achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person) to understand business needs and propose suitable solutions.
Generate and manage leads through CRM tools, cold calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop sales strategies and improve lead conversion.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.
Maintain detailed and accurate sales reports and documentation.
