About the Role :

As a Lead Associate - Business Analytics, you will play a crucial role in driving business insights and strategic decision-making through data analysis and interpretation. Your contributions will have a direct impact on optimizing operations, enhancing performance, and guiding business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop predictive models and data visualizations to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of analytical initiatives.
