To ensure timely development and delivery of allotted Injectable & NDDS project, sterile formulation and any other assigned project as per agreed timelines and budget. To ensure completion of document preparation and formulation activities to support pre clinical, clinical supplies and technology transfer of developed product. Ensuring development of non-infringing strategies for novel formulation in compliance to regulatory requirement of domestic and regulatory market. To mentor, support & Guide team to select new excipients to improve process / stability / cost effectiveness of the product under development
