Associate Vice President-Major Account Practice

The role incumbent is responsible for effective execution of strategy for new business development & retention of the existing business through MAP function. She / he will act as an organizational interface with the customers to ensure seamless business. She / he will be responsible for opportunity mapping of the existing large customer for avenues for cross selling & up skilling

Preferred candidate profile

• Advanced level of Knowledge on all General Insurance aspects
• Technical knowledge in Underwriting & claims.
• Emotional intelligence & diplomacy is required for dealing with clients of different temperaments
• Communication skills
• Analytical ability for market / business understanding, data interpretation, potential customers
• Networking skills to manage customers (internal as well as external)
• Observable people skills to engage with stakeholders (internal as well as external) for enhanced productivity
