Lead - Influencer Marketing

What You'll do :

• Identify, onboard, and manage influencer collaborations and partnerships
• Co-create content briefs and ensure timely execution of campaigns
• Ensure influencer content resonates with brand tonality, campaign objectives, and audience expectations.
• Manage and mentor a team of influencer executives / coordinators; ensure smooth workflows and high performance.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.), optimize campaigns, and report insights to stakeholders.
• Own and optimize influencer marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
• Stay ahead of social and influencer trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
