Customer Support (Spanish) – MNC

Job descriptionTranslate, proofread, and localize product titles, descriptions, and FAQs into Spanish. Ensure accuracy and compliance with marketplace guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order issues, cancellations, and SLA breaches. Track and report performance metrics for Spanish-language marketplaces. Quality & Process Improvement Identify recurring issues and suggest process enhancements. Maintain high CSAT and NPS scores for Spanish-language support. Neutral Spanish accent with excellent written and spoken communication. Prior experience in eCommerce operations or customer support. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Location : Mumbai(Andheri east)
️ Work Mode : 5 days in office
2 rotational week offs
Notice period : Immediate joiners
Shift-Night shift

Experience : 1-5years
Requirements :
Proficiency in Spanish (B2 Level or above) – verbal & written
Graduate in any discipline
Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
High energy, target-driven, and team-oriented
