Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the 3PL partner for all
operational matters.
Monitor daily inbound and outbound operations, including order picking, packing, and
dispatch.
Ensure accurate stock replenishment, inventory updates, and cycle counts.
Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and procurement teams for order priorities and
special promotions.
Track shipment status and proactively address any delays or discrepancies.
Review 3PL performance metrics (e.G., turnaround time, accuracy, damage rates) and
escalate issues where needed.
Assist in resolving warehouse-related issues such as stock mismatches, damages, or system
errors.
Support implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-
effectiveness.
Maintain and update logistics documentation, reports, and records for audits and compliance.
Knowledge and hands on expertise of SAP and other WMS
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in FMCG, retail, or beauty
industry.
Experience working with 3PL providers and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Strong problem-solving, Excellent communication, and negotiation skills. Strong
Communication is the key for this role.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Should be assertive
Knowledge of inventory management principles and dispatch operations.
Attention to detail and accuracy, Time management and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, Proactive approach in identifying and solving
operational challenges
