Facilities Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth functioning of our multiple property / center services, vendor management, client support, and facility operations.
• Oversee and ensure smooth maintenance activities including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair work.
• Ensure timely resolution of service requests and breakdowns raised by our clients or internal teams.
• Conduct routine facility checks to maintain a smooth operational record, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors such as plumbers, carpenters, electricians, and technicians;

monitor work quality and timelines.
