Role Description

You will be responsible for :

Conducting detailed product demos for potential clients.

Handling trial installations and guiding users through setup.

Providing training.

Ensuring customer satisfaction and coordination with team

Required Candidate profile

Hindi & English Language.

Ability to explain ERP / Accounting in simple terms to all users.

Prior SaaS / ERP training experience preferred

Problem-solving and confident objection handling skills
