Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer with extensive

hands on experience in architecting, implementing, and managing AWS-based

infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building secure,

scalable, and high-availability cloud environments, and will be comfortable working across

networking, compute, storage, monitoring, security, and automation with a proven

experience in leading a DevOps team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to design, implement, and manage
• AWS infrastructure to meet high-availability and performance requirements.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Ensure cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization across AWS services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application and infrastructure performance.
• Work closely with development, QA, and Operations teams to enable efficient CI / CD
• pipelines, cloud-native application deployments, and system reliability.
• Implement best practices for backup, disaster recovery, and fault tolerance.
• Maintain staging and production environments with security controls (e.g., Sophos) applied as required.
