Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor networks, expanding market share, and executing sales strategies across the assigned region. This role requires strong experience in the beverages or FMCG sector and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional sales strategies in line with company objectives.
Manage, lead, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
Drive primary and secondary sales across channels (General Trade, Modern Trade, HoReCa, Institutions).
Expand distribution network and ensure effective distributor management.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement month-on-month.
Coordinate with marketing teams for regional promotions, brand visibility, and activations.
Maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Ensure efficient execution of trade schemes, pricing, and merchandising standards.
Provide periodic MIS reports and sales forecasts to senior management.
