Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead Area Sales Managers and Sales Managers across assigned territories
- Achieve sales targets across multiple products and channels in the designated region
- Conduct regular meetings with the area sales team to review performance and progress
- Set individual and team targets aligned with overall business goals
- Ensure tight control over the sales process and adherence to sales protocols
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies
- Support the team with sales planning, resource allocation, and customer engagement
- Drive consistent performance and productivity across the sales hierarchy
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management
