Job descriptionOnsite supervision of multistage hydraulic stimulation, coiled tubing, wireline, and flowback / well testing operations. Understand and disseminate the intended business objective for each stage of the operation to the full execution team, including all third-party contractors. Issue pertinent instructions in writing where appropriate. Coordinate all execution parties and resources (work units, specialists, third-parties, logistics, etc) and relevant systems (land access, custody transfer, permit to work) via clear and consistent communication to ensure alignment, efficient mobilization, execution, and demobilization within fatigue management policy. Quality Assure and Quality Control (QA / QC) the overall operation, including equipment, personnel, procedures, execution, and reporting to ensure business objectives are met. Wellsite supervisory experience with hydraulic stimulation, coiled tubing and / or well testing Well Interventions IWCF Level 4 including Coiled Tubing and Wireline electives at a minimum Candidates must be prepared to work nights and day shifts Only candidates with Australian Working Rights will be considered
