Role & responsibilities :
Understand customer needs, identify challenges, and propose suitable product solutions while ensuring requirements are clearly captured and addressed throughout the sales cycle.Partner with the sales team to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and deliver impactful product value presentations.Design and deliver engaging product demonstrations, including detailed walkthroughs and client-specific proof-of-concept sessions.Gather and document client requirements, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to tailor presentations and refine proposed solutions.Manage the RFI / RFP process end-to-end, preparing accurate responses and coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely submission.Develop project estimates and implementation plans for RFPs in alignment with product and delivery teams.Oversee a smooth transition from sales to delivery by clearly communicating scope, deliverables, and supporting a seamless client handover.Evaluate market trends and competition to shape a distinct product vision while supporting marketing efforts through events, trade shows, and content development.Candidate requirements :
Bachelor of Engineering and MBA (preferably with Insurance or Finance specialization).Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software products within the insurance sector, with insurance carrier experience considered a strong plus.Extensive knowledge of retail and group insurance products across life, health, and P&C segments in the Asia-Pacific region.Skilled at communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from technical teams to C-level executives.Strong leadership, relationship management, and presentation abilities, with proven expertise in technical sales.Adept at negotiation and establishing clear, mutually beneficial expectations with clients.Excellent project management, coordination, organization, and team-building skills, with effective communication across functions.Creative, disciplined, and proactive, with a track record of innovative problem-solving and forward-thinking solutions.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated through presentations and product demos.Proven track record of achieving results independently and as part of a collaborative team.Willing to travel 30–40% to support strategic sales efforts and product initiatives.Recruiter Details :
