Job Summary : -
We are looking for a forward-thinking and people-centric Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function and build a strong foundation for our company&aposs culture and people practices. This role will be responsible for establishing and driving initiatives related to company culture, onboarding, performance evaluation, and HR policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and values.
Key Responsibilities :
New Performance Evaluation System
- Design and roll out a fair, transparent, and effective performance evaluation framework.
- Train managers and employees on goal-setting, feedback, and appraisal processes.
- Use evaluation data to support talent development, recognition, and succession planning.
HR Policy Making & Compliance
Draft, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.Ensure all policies support a diverse and inclusive workplace while also addressing organizational goals.Communicate HR policies clearly across the organization and ensure consistent application.Onboarding Process Design & Execution
Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding experience that ensures smooth integration of new hires.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create onboarding materials, training plans, and touchpoints.Continuously improve the onboarding process based on feedback and evolving company needs.Culture Building & Employee Experience
Define and cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture that reflects our core values.Lead internal initiatives that promote employee engagement, well-being, and team collaboration.Act as a cultural ambassador, aligning leadership and employees around shared values and behaviors.Qualifications :
Bachelor&aposs or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of building or transforming HR functions, especially in startups or scaling environments.Strong knowledge of HR compliance, policy development, and performance management.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization.Show more
