Role : Associate / Senior Associate (or equivalent)

PQE : 3–7 years

LLB Batch 2013–2017 .

Background : Law Firms only

Location : Mumbai

What you’ll do

Draft / review EPC, O&M, concession, PPP and project development docs

Advise on bid / RfP / RfQ, regulatory & approvals, land / ROW, construction, and O&M issues

Negotiate with developers, EPCs, contractors, and government counterparties

Support diligence and risk allocation through the project lifecycle

What you’ll bring

Solid, hands-on highways and renewables (solar / wind) project experience

Strong drafting / negotiation skills and stakeholder management

LLB; top law-firm training; ability to run workstreams independently
