• Conduct time studies and gather data on production processes to determine the most efficient methods and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze data collected during time studies to identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and areas where productivity can be enhanced.
• Discuss the calculating time studies with respective departments and finalize the same.
• Creating and upgrading routings in system INFOR-LN.
• Applying lean principles helps eliminate waste and enhance efficiency.
• Generating & Closing production orders on time.
• Ensuring with production regarding confirm delivery dates.
• Attend daily shop floor meetings and align with concerned departments.
