• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with teams in engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality products.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Leverage data, user research, and market insights to inform decisions and effectively prioritize initiatives.
• Team & Stakeholder Alignment : Drive alignment across teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of priorities and progress.
• Leadership & Execution : Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to execute with excellence, keeping customer impact at the forefront.
• Performance Measurement : Establish success metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and iterate based on learnings.
