Position Title : Senior Product Manager - eCom fulfillment

Job Description :

Roles & responsibilities :

• Own the strategic vision and roadmap for merchandising, optimizing product displays, pricing strategies, and promotional mechanics.
• Leverage AI / ML-driven recommendations and personalization models to improve product ranking, pricing optimization, and sales forecasting.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across UX, engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver high-scale, customer-centric solutions.
• Drive usability enhancements and optimize conversion rates through A / B testing, heatmaps, and user behavior analysis.
• Define product success metrics, measure performance, and iterate rapidly to maximize revenue impact.
• Advocate for best-in-class merchandising principles, ensuring product visibility and discoverability are optimized.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing product team in India, contributing to the global merchandising strategy.
