We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Engineering Recruiter
with 4+ to 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in diverse engineering verticals such as
Medical Devices, Pharma, Automotive, Aerospace, Electrical, and Embedded Systems
Key Responsibilities :
Manage
end-to-end recruitment cycle
from understanding requirements to offer closure.
Collaborate with engineering managers and project leads to define job requirements for highly specialized technical roles.
Source candidates through
job portals (e.G., Naukri, Monster, Dice, Indeed), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals
Screen resumes, conduct technical assessments, and coordinate interviews.
Maintain strong pipelines for roles in
R&D, design, validation, testing, embedded systems, quality assurance, and manufacturing
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and regulations across various industry sectors.
Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-drop ratio, candidate engagement rate).
Support employer branding activities and build long-term relationships with potential candidates.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HR, or related field.
5+ years of experience
in technical recruitment, specifically in :
Medical / Pharma
(e.G., QA / QC Engineers, Regulatory Specialists, R&D Engineers)
Automotive & Aerospace
(e.G., Design Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, FEA / CAE Analysts)
Electrical & Embedded
(e.G., Embedded Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Control Systems Engineers)
Proven ability to
handle high-volume and niche hiring
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
