We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented who can support the planning, execution, and delivery of a variety of student experience initiatives at Newton School of Technology. You will work across teams, student councils, vendors, and internal stakeholders to bring events, programs, and communities to life.
This is a high-energy, execution-driven role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, student-centric environments.
Requirements :
Min 3-4+years of experience working as a Performance Marketing Associate or similar role
Paid Marketing Expertise Across Platforms : Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and preferably YouTube / OTT campaigns.
Leverage paid channels to drive, website traffic,& nbsp; top funnel, lead velocity and conversions
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Knowledge : Since student marketing often needs collaborations.
Strong Copywriting & Creative Briefing Skills : Ability to work with content / design teams to create performance-driven ad creatives.
Budget Management : Ability to plan and optimize large-scale marketing budgets.
Basic Design / Video Editing Familiarity (Canva, Figma, CapCut) – nice-to-have, for agility.
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Use data-driven marketing strategy to identify trends / patterns and opportunities for innovation, and make optimization recommendations across the user’s journey
Measure, track and report on performance marketing efforts through structured dashboards
Responsibilities :
Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Own end-to-end performance marketing funnels : from awareness to acquisition to retention.
Set up and manage tracking pixels, UTM structures, and attribution models across campaigns.
Manage and optimize remarketing / retargeting campaigns for better CAC. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data / metrics, insights, and best practices across digital marketing campaigns, and then acting on the information to meet marketing goals (ROI and KPIs)
Be actively involved in SEO efforts to optimize web content to increase traffic (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
