Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s Business Intelligence Teams are responsible for the processing, mining and delivery of data to their customer community through repositories, tools and services.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Accountable for providing detailed analysis about the performance of the Key Performance Indicators.
• Building and managing smarter solutions including predictive models using existing tools for better managing business processes
• The person is a self-starter, motivated and works with less supervision
• Responsible for 360-degree global stakeholder Management
• Provide solutions to business pain points – Diagnostic, Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics
• Accountable for providing detailed analysis for set of Key Performance Indicators
• ETL expertise to work with cloud and on-prim datasets to connect directly and create datasets and features for analysis
• Designs and delivers core and ad hoc Analysis, along with first level interpretation to provide insights and support decision making by individuals, business group managers, and division leaders
• Proactively identifying root causes of KPI changes and provide analysis to management
• Generate and maintain business decision specific reports, dashboards and analytical solutions using multiple AI / BI tools, Business Objects, SAP, SQL Server, and other sources
• Design dashboards or analysis using Tableau, Power BI, R, Python to provide meaningful views to the business - critical information
• Communicate with multiple teams to gather information and provide management level summary
• Solve ad-hoc requirement of management related to data for critical decision making
• Provide clarification, training, and support to the development teams
• Integrate Predictive & Prescriptive Models (machine learning solutions) in visualization to perform the analysis
• Ability to think out of the box solution ideas for given business problems.
