HR Team Lead

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR - Generalist

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and manage team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them achieve individual and organizational goals.

Oversee day-to-day team operations and ensure alignment with company objectives and performance standards.

Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, talent retention, and skill development.

Conduct regular performance reviews, goal-setting sessions, and coaching for team members.

Collaborate with HR and senior leadership on recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.

Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring high morale and employee satisfaction.

Monitor team performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances professionally and promptly.

Support change management initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
