About the Role
We are seeking a Team Leader in Customer Support with experience in the International Voice process for our Mohali location. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in team handling and will be responsible for leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives.
Ensure the team meets performance targets and delivers high-quality service.
Provide training and support to team members.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching.
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in a customer support role.
Proven experience in team management.
Required Skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the International Voice process.
Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
