FiftySixShots Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring a Sales Head / State Head – Off Trade (Rajasthan) to lead and expand our premium alcoholic beverage sales in the retail segment.
We’re looking for a dynamic sales professional who can drive growth, strengthen trade relationships, and ensure flawless execution of brand and market strategies across Rajasthan.
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of Off Trade sales strategy, execution, and performance across Rajasthan.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key retail partners, and trade networks.
- Develop and implement effective route-to-market strategies to increase product visibility and availability.
- Manage sales forecasting, planning, and performance tracking with strong analytical insight.
- Ensure strong brand presence in modern trade, liquor stores, and general trade outlets.
- Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing teams for impactful in-store activations and promotions.
- Oversee distributor performance, secondary sales, and inventory management.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and excise regulations.
