About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Professional to lead, scale, and secure our technology landscape. The role requires a seasoned leader to oversee infrastructure operations, information security, compliance, audits, cloud & on-premise systems, data governance, and networking while enabling business agility, resilience, and regulatory compliance.

Location : Andheri West, Mumbai, India

Reporting To : Head of IT Infrastructure

Team Size : 15 (Infra, Network, Security, Support & Cloud Ops)

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Infrastructure & Operations :

• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, network, cloud, endpoints).
• Manage hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem), including Linux / Unix and Windows servers.
• Ensure 24x7 availability, scalability, and performance of production systems.
• Implement ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Capacity planning, cost optimization, vendor & AMC management.
