About the role :
Our Workplace Relations Officer will support the delivery of Wilmar Sugar & Renewables’ Workplace Relations (WR) strategy across multiple sites, providing practical and timely advice to leaders and employees. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR or IR experience looking to build deeper technical expertise in workplace relations within a large, complex organisation. Working under the guidance of the Workplace Relations Manager, you’ll assist with the resolution of employee relations matters, the application of industrial instruments, and the coordination of consultation and negotiation activities involving union representatives and site management teams.
