Job Summary
Responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle across SwanSat’s business verticals — SwanSat (Geospatial Intelligence) , KhetPe (AgTech) , and BhoomiSure (InsurTech) .
The Talent Acquisition professional will source, screen, and onboard top talent across sales, technical, and operational roles, ensuring hiring excellence, positive candidate experience, and alignment with SwanSat’s culture and values.
The role demands hands-on execution, strong communication skills, and a keen understanding of fast-paced, technology-driven environments .
Roles & Responsibilities
→ Manage full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
→ Collaborate with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and design recruitment plans.
→ Build talent pipelines using multiple channels — job portals, social media, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and industry networks.
→ Conduct initial candidate assessments, schedule interviews, and ensure timely feedback and closure.
→ Support employer branding initiatives through job postings, social media engagement, and career event participation.
→ Assist in recruitment drives, campus hiring, and field-based recruitment campaigns.
→ Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and induction.
→ Track and report recruitment metrics — time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and cost-per-hire — driving continuous improvement.
→ Provide market insights, talent trends, and competitor hiring practices to HR leadership.
Candidate Profile & Skill Requirements
Experience :
→ 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment / talent acquisition , preferably in technology, AgriTech, or start-up environments .
→ Exposure to sales, technical, and field recruitment preferred.
→ Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and ATS platforms .
Core Skills :
→ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — verbal and written (English & Hindi; Marathi preferred).
→ Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management capabilities.
→ Ability to handle multiple open positions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
→ Proficiency in MS Office , Google Workspace , and HR databases.
→ Detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined in recruitment processes.
