Designation Assistant Facility Manager (Technical)
Location Chennai
Reporting To Sr Manager / City Lead
Role & Responsibilities
a. Daily facility workaround checklist
b. Coordinating with clients for any pending complaints, bills, etc.
c. Daily Briefing Facility Engineer about Planned activities and major Building compliant
d. Daily checking all Technical Report, Daily Reports.
e. Weekly Report.
f. Coordinating with the Vendors
g. Month-end checking consumable stock and raising indent.
h. Every month prepare material snag list and coordinate with multiple vendors for quotations.
i. Completing services as per PPM & facility Upkeep Calendar
j. Ensuring END to End services under facility management
Skillset required
a. Strong knowledge of property operations
b. The candidate must also demonstrate a good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.
c. Solid background in team management.
d. To ensure the smooth functioning of the Facility Operations.
e. To work within approved budgets.
Experience (Years) required
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience
Qualification
B.Tech (Mechanical,Electrical or Electronics) or Diploma in engineering with 10-12 years of experience
