Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate Legal at Anand Sharma & Associates located in New Delhi. The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling a diverse range of legal tasks including legal document preparation, analyzing legal issues, drafting and reviewing contracts, and advising clients. The role also involves conducting legal research, representing clients in negotiations, and collaborating with other legal teams and professionals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Law and Legal Issues
• Proficient in Legal Document Preparation and Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
• Ability to manage multiple cases and provide strategic legal advice
• Experience in handling corporate legal matters is preferred
• JD or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution
• Bar license in good standing
• Minimum of 07 years of relevant experience in a law firm or legal department
