Digital Marketing Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager and Digital Marketer to manage complete digital presence and drive business growth. This role requires a result oriented, strategic thinker who can manage our online presence, drive engagement, and optimize our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Social Media strategies across major platforms. (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

Create and manage engaging content that aligns with brand objectives

Monitor performance metrics based on data analysis and insights

Optimize Digital Marketing campaigns including paid advertising

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and social media management

Proficiency in Social Media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)

Excellent content creation and copywriting abilities

Strong understanding of Google Analytics, and Marketing Automation

Proficiency in handling Bulk Email and Messaging platforms

Handle Website management and implement comprehensive SEO strategies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in Performance Marketing

Desirable Skills

Graphic Design proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.)

Video Editing capabilities for Social Media and Marketing Content (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)

Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate programs
