About the Role :
We’re looking for a Brand Admin to strengthen and grow our company’s digital brand presence across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will manage and improve our website, social media (, X, etc.), and professional listings such as Clutch and other relevant platforms. The role also involves leveraging AI tools to enhance brand content, analytics, and marketing efficiency. You’ll play a key role in driving brand consistency, collaborating with internal teams, and working with external vendors for technical and creative implementation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and enhance the company’s website , ensuring it reflects our brand and services effectively.
- Optimize and maintain Clutch, , and other professional or social profiles.
- Suggest and execute ideas to improve overall brand visibility, engagement, and reputation .
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., for content creation, image generation, analytics, or automation) to improve efficiency and creativity.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams to implement brand initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies for web updates, SEO, and content improvements.
- Monitor brand analytics and report performance insights across digital channels.
- Ensure all platforms maintain consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity .
Requirements :
2–5 years of experience in digital branding, marketing coordination, or related roles.Strong understanding of website management , content systems, and SEO basics.Familiarity with marketing , Clutch management , and B2B digital branding.Hands-on experience with AI tools for content, design, or marketing automation.Technical aptitude to work with developers and creative teams.Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.Preferred Skills :
Experience with WordPress , Google Analytics , and SEO tools .Ability to write or review marketing content aligned with brand guidelines.Awareness of emerging digital trends and AI-driven branding strategies .
