Job description

Key deliverables :

Analyze financial data from US real estate portfolios
Perform accounts payable and bank reconciliation
Handle escrow reconciliations and month-end closing
Prepare monthly financial and rent roll reports

Role responsibilities :

Maintain accuracy in transactional and property accounting

Work with real estate accounting software like Yardi or MRI

Interpret and analyze real estate financial statements

Ensure timely completion of reporting and reconciliations
