Executive - MIS

Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Excel functions and formulas, data analysis, and reporting. You will be responsible for maintaining and generating various reports that support business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Work with large data sets and clean, transform, and analyze data in Excel.

Use formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, INDEX & MATCH , etc.

Create and manage Pivot Tables including calculated fields and formulas.

Generate dashboards and summary reports for different departments.

Identify data trends and provide actionable insights to the team.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.

Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis from internal teams.

Collaborate with different departments to collect and validate data.

Required Skills :

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)

Hands-on experience with :

VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

IF / Nested IF conditions

SUMIF / COUNTIF / AVERAGEIF

Data validation, conditional formatting

Pivot Tables & Pivot Chart formulas

Basic understanding of Excel Macros (optional, but a plus)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience :

1-3 years of experience in an MIS or data analysis role, preferably in a corporate or operational setting.

Contract Type : Permanent
