MIS Executive Googlesheet (Exp on sales Portal FMCG)

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive (Googlesheet Exp Must )from the FMCG industry who can manage, analyze, and present sales and operational data effectively. The candidate should have strong working knowledge of sales tracking and field reporting tools such as B2Field, SalesRabbit, Dynamics 365, SPOTIO, Sales Cloud, Salesforce, or FieldAssist.

Location : Lower Parel (Mumbai)

Experience : 5 to 7 Years

Salary : 5 LPA to 8 LPA

Key Responsibilities :

Collect, compile, and analyze sales, distribution, and market data from multiple sources and tracking portals.

Generate and maintain MIS reports on googlesheet, dashboards, and performance trackers for management review.

Monitor sales team productivity and ensure accurate reporting of field activities using sales tracking applications.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support business decisions with data-driven insights.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of daily / weekly / monthly reports.

Identify gaps in data reporting and suggest process improvements.

Provide training and support to field staff on sales tracking portals as needed.

Prepare ad-hoc analysis and presentations for leadership.
