Subfamily Description  I

T Architecture (IAM) comprises the definition and management of enterprise architecture (including solution, security, process & information, and integration architecture), which aligns with and supports Nokia's business strategy, mode of operation, and business needs.

Impact

Impact is long-term through individual and team contributions. Scope is primarily within own subject area in a function / unit. Actions and errors impact on program, project or function. Provides measurable input into new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of the organization's business strategies, with some impact on business unit / function overall results.

Scope & Contribution

People Manager : Manage geographically distributed team across multiple time zones. Can analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert. Increased awareness of and involvement outside of own subject area. Distills big picture. Makes decisions about and prioritizes team assignments. Managerial / Supervisory : Clear managerial responsibilities for people. Typically first level of solid line management. Interprets policies. Ensures existing plans are put into operation. Executes and / or oversees processes to meet customer needs. Responsible for analysis, design & development of policies, plans, programs.

Knowledge & Experience

Management Experience / Achieved well-advanced skills of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and organizational practice or expertise. Recognized expert in their field (depth & breadth). Typically requires 5-8 years extensive relevant experience and / or a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree.

• 5+ years of overall experience in Cloud architecture
• Experience leading or managing an Architecture Team
• Working with geographically distributed team across multiple time zones
• 3-5 years Infrastructure or Solution Architecture Experience designing and implementing cloud-based solution architectures for PaaS, IaaS or SaaS.
• Hands on experience with one of the three primary public clouds : AWS, GCP (preferred), or Azure.
• Experience designing and implementing the foundational elements in a cloud architecture
• Knowledge or experience designing and implementing automation solutions like Infrastructure as Code (IAC) solutions to build up and tear down infrastructure using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, GCP Deployment Manager, or Azure DevOps
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
