- Memorise scripts and customise them for the clients as per the situation while tele calling
- Foster relationships with existing clients, and build a rapport with potential clients
- Make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during tele calling
- Report the analysis and observation to the team lead
- Adhere to organisational guidelines and methodology while tele calling
- Generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma
- Strong communication skills and command of the English language
- Previous experience in a tele caller job or similar role
- Data entry skills to complement the tele calling work
- Ability to close sales through the right negotiation skills
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Research skills for tele calling and reaching out to new clientele
- Proven track record of being a tele caller and conducting sales through the telephone
- Ability to switch the communication style based on social cues and conversational hints
