Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Crypto News Writer, based our of India. The Crypto News Writer will be responsible for researching and writing daily news articles, market analysis, and opinion pieces related to cryptocurrency.

They will closely monitor developments in the crypto industry and report on significant events, trends, and market movements. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the editorial team, engaging with the Stocktwits community, and upholding journalistic standards.

Qualifications / Eligibility Criteria

• Prior Newsroom experience is a must
• Minimum experience of 5 years as a Crypto industry reporter in an IC or Editor role
• Strong Web Content Writing, Research, and News Article Writing skills
• Experience with Market Analysis and Cryptocurrency trends
• Proofreading and Editing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of journalism standards and practices
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Finance, or related field
• Experience with social media engagement and community interaction is a plus
