Key Responsibilities :

Content Analysis & Strategy

  • Evaluate videos for monetization eligibility (ads, sponsorships, memberships).
  • Suggest content strategies to maximize ad revenue and audience engagement.

Revenue Optimization

  • Implement YouTube’s monetization features.
  • Monitor RPM, CPM, watch time, and click-through rates to optimize revenue.

    • Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure content follows YouTube’s monetization policies and copyright rules.
  • Manage demonetized videos and appeal processes.

    • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using YouTube Analytics and third-party tools.
  • Prepare revenue and performance reports for management.

    • Collaboration & Marketing

  • Coordinate with creators, editors, and marketing teams to enhance content reach.
  • Explore brand deals, sponsorships, and affiliate partnerships.

    • Skills Required :

  • Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and monetization policies.
  • Knowledge of SEO and audience retention strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
  • Communication and negotiation skills for brand partnerships.
