The Role :
We’re looking for a Success & Insights Manager who thrives on conversations. Your mission : help customers and prospects succeed — and bring back the insights that make Tuskr better every day.
Responsibilities
- Work with prospects : Understand their testing challenges, explore the tools they use, and show how Tuskr can help.
- Work with customers : Learn how they use Tuskr, uncover gaps, gather industry insights, and build strong relationships that drive adoption and retention.
- Bring back insights : Research independently (e.g., how industries like hardware or medtech approach testing), analyze competitor products, gather references and networks, and share feedback with the product team to influence roadmap and growth.
- Be on the ground : Visit customers and prospects in person when needed.
Must Have
At least 1 year in a client-facing role (Customer Success, Sales, Presales, or similar).Strong communication skills — listening, asking the right questions, and explaining clearly.An aptitude for quickly understanding popular SaaS tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Jira, Make.com) and connecting them to customer challenges.Resourceful mindset — no spoon-feeding here; you should be able to dig into docs, ChatGPT, industry practices, or customer references to figure things out.Willingness to travel for customer visits.Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced SaaS environment.What We Offer
