Job description

  • Min. 1+ years of experience in IT Sales. Proven track record in lead generation for B2B space. Must be highly analytical, Strong communicater and excellent client management skills.

Experience Essential

  • 1+ years of experience in IT Sales (Lead Genration)
  • Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with identified Enterprise / SMB accounts provided by TATA in India region with ability to work in a complex environment.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of the client s products(Network, Cloud, Security Unified communication), license / services offerings, and software compliance in messages to customers
  • Account Mapping in terms of Decision makers and influencers for defined product line of TATA
  • Convert campaign leads into sales opportunities through tele contact with customers
  • Interact with internal stakeholders to get the leads accepted, or understand in case it is not accepted and plough back the learnings.
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently
  • Street-Smart candidates with Excellent Communication / Written skills with ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Identify priority accounts and connects with them through the appropriate communication channels to determine budgets and timelines
  • Establish and successfully build a network with specialists and sales / service advisors
  • Escalate customer queries to respective stakeholder and get it to closure.
  • Minimum Work-Exp of 1+ Years in IT sales background
  • Skills Required
